At Blooming Artificial, we want you to be delighted with your greenery; if your order isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your artificial plants or trees back in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
